Our garden's first year provided many tomatoes and peppers as well as squash, cucumbers, and deliciously sweet carrots that we harvested all the way into November. Once we turned the electric fence off for the season, the deer were in garden within a few days munching down anything edible that was left behind. Next year we hope to have more success and to build on what we have started. We had lots of extra cherry tomatoes that we dehydrated and used on pizzas. The extra peppers were stuffed and frozen for eating another day. Yum!
