Monroe became suddenly lame in her rear legs last night, unable to get up and wobbly when walking. It appears she may have injured her back. We went to our vet and Monroe is on crate rest and leash walking only now, no running jumping etc. for a couple months. She has improved today and is able to walk on her own, though she carries most of her weight on her left side. I have an appointment on Tuesday with a very good veterinary chiropractor who has seen her in the past. I am hoping he can help her.
Wednesday: Monroe is doing well. It looks like it's not a back issue but most likely a iliopsoas (groin) muscle pull.
