Happy Birthday Monroe

Monroe celebrated her 13th birthday today.  She is still my sweet puppy, with just a little bit of gray on her muzzle.  She agreed to wear a ridiculous Hello Kitty birthday hat in exchange for a cupcake complete with frosting and party sprinkles.
