We have enjoyed a week of beautiful mild summer weather. The BACK TO SCHOOL signs are everywhere, though, a reminder that the seasons will soon change. Some of the flowers in my yard have survived their summer of neglect and are in full bloom. Today I am soaking in their beauty, grateful they were able to care for themselves.
